i enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient location near the metro station. the rooftop pool was beautiful. it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. i appreciated the easy access to the city, though the gym equipment could use an update. i liked the varied breakfast selection, it had many choices.
The room decor felt a bit dated, it could use some modernization. Though it was functional and clean.

The bed had a musty smell. It also felt sweaty and stale. i had to leave two nights early because of this uncomfortable bed, which i did not expect.

The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the mall. This saved me time and money. the rooftop pool had comfortable loungers and a shaded area, great for relaxation. i appreciated the availability of a variety of vegan options at breakfast. my room offered a burj khalifa view.
i noticed the hallway carpet showed some stains, detracting slightly from the otherwise pristine environment.
